As farmers we love food and everything surrounding the act of growing and preparing of delicious vegetables and greens. When we get together for a meal, we spend half the time eating and half the time talking about cooking future meals, swapping recipes as we fill our plates. We’ve selected our favourite recipes to be published weekly to give you fresh ideas for cooking with your CSA boxes. This week’s recipes are for Swiss chard and garlic scapes, the curly stalk and unopened garlic flower from every garlic plant that we harvest in early summer.
